This feather will be located on the roof of the church in this city. All you have to do is climb up there and grap it. You will locate this assassins creed brotherhood feather by climbing a building in the landmark at Pallazo Sentario. For a more pinpoint location refer to the video.

 Go ahead and climb up the entrance of the pantehon, on the top you will see a cross, ontop of the cross you will find the feather.

Location of the Assassins Creed Brotherhood Feathers Mausoleo Di Augusto

This feather can be located on the roof of the entrance to this landmark, anotehr pretty easy one to find.

Assassins Creed Brotherhood Feather Locations Mercenary Headquarters

You will find this feather on the top of the mercenary's headquarters, for more detail refer to the video.
