When I first told my friends about airsoft claymores they didn't believe me. They thought it impossible for there to be a remote activated device that could perform the same task as a claymore in real life. Well what would you think if I told you there were real airsoft claymores? Well there are, and here I will give you the facts about these little devils and were to find them, along with a few videos of airsoft claymores in action!


Airsoft claymores work great! These puppies look just like real claymores, however there is one key difference between the one in real life and the airsoft claymore..any guesses? Well the airsoft claymores are reusable! This is great, this way you don't have to continue to buy airsoft claymores over and over again. The way these things work is by filling the front part with bb's. If can hold 100-200 bb's at a time. You then take a remote detonator and when your press the button the front part of the claymore comes down and bb's come flying out, hitting anythign in there path. This provides a very satisfying kill. You will see your opponent walk right by were you set your claymore and then boom, your airsoft claymore gets you a kill!

                                                                

                                                                       How to Use Airsoft Claymores

Many people are asking me how to use these bad boys effectively. Well the most effective way to use this is on a choke point. If you are playing inside you will want to hide the claymores around a corner angeled inward, that way the enemy will come into the room and look around, this will give you the time you need to press the trigger, making your airsoft claymore "explode" sending your opponent to the grave. Airsoft claymores shoot at around 200 fps with an effective range of about 25 feet. If you are playing outside you may want to think of hiding these things with leaves or branches. Then you can use a big gun like a minigun to blow away your enemies!
