The call of duty 4 M4 is a very good weapon, in fact it is one of my favorites. It has a medium amount of sway but absolutely no recoil. This allows you too shoot fully automatically at your enemy without having to pull your gun down. I highly recommend giving this gun a try. If you don't like it you can always just switch to the call of duty 4 m16.

Suggested Class for the Call of Duty 4 M4

With the M4 if recommend using a red dot scope. This will help your accuracy out a lot. For the perks I would suggest using stopping power, deep impact, and bandolier. When shooting fully automatic you will notice your ammo supplies dwinddle pretty fast, this is where bandolier will help. The M4 has pretty low damage, the stopping power will help here also. Also because of the low damage the enemy might be able to get away and hide behind something, with deep impact the enemy will not know where to hide from you. Once they go into hiding just go fully automatic with your M4.

How to Use the M4 in Call of Duty 4

The M4 in call of duty 4 is not a run and gun type of gun. You should sit back and basically pick off your opponents. You can also provide good cover for your allies. Be sure not to get caught out in the open, this will lead you to die. So just keep in mind to peek out behind a wall shoot a few burst and then go back into hiding. Repeat this until you get 3-4 kills then move positions, because your enemy will probably try to frag you out. If you enjoy using the M4 I suggest giving the call of duty 4 G36C a try!
